 Hilary
L. Dash is Chief Administrative Officer of Michael White Associates (MWA).
Prior
to joining MWA, Ms. Dash was senior vice president of a proprietary
trading firm headquartered in New York City. In her capacity there, Ms.
Dash played a critical role in developing and implementing the firm’s
strategic expansion plan, including the expansion and development of its
branch office structure. In that capacity, she oversaw corporate policies and reporting procedures; directed systems administration, business development, branch office management and staff; and oversaw and coordinated SEC broker/dealer
audits.
Ms. Dash also improved and expanded remote trading communications through the installation and conversion of enhanced trading and accounting computer systems, and negotiation and implementation of remote digital operations.
Before becoming senior vice president, Ms. Dash managed a branch office, heightening branch profitability by increasing membership by 120 percent and average daily net revenue by 320 percent.
Previously, Ms. Dash was communications manager at US Interactive, Inc.
There, she supervised external communications, including the firm’s telecommunications system, advertising, media coverage and corporate web site.
She was also instrumental in the organizational integration and supervision of two subsidiary
acquisitions.
Ms. Dash earned her B.A. in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, CA.
